Management Team

Todd Muench

Todd joined Parratt-Wolff in 1992, after serving in the U.S. Army Airborne Infantry. He is a Panama (Just Cause) and 1st Gulf War (Desert Storm) veteran. His initial duties concerned the maintenance of drilling equipment and inventory management. He progressively assumed the roles of fleet manager and operations manager. Todd’s current role is the operations manager of the North Carolina office. He is responsible for daily operations and fleet maintenance. He is a NGWA certified well driller/pump installer, licensed driller in Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina and holds the corporate class A drilling/ business license for the state of Virginia.

Sean Pepling

Sean started at Parratt-Wolff as a Project Manager in 2007, and was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2011. He holds a B.S. in Geology from SUNY College at Cortland. Prior to Parratt-Wolff, Sean had over 14 years experience managing and performing remedial investigations, site assessments and landfill closure investigations. Sean is a licensed professional geologist, is a member of the Association of Groundwater Scientists and Engineers and the Central New York Association of Professional Geologists. Sean is a certified well driller with the NGWA and a licensed driller in New Jersey, Massachusetts and New York state.

Danylo Kulczycky “DK”

Danylo began at Parratt-Wolff in 2007 as an Assistant Project Manager. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2011 and took on additional responsibility as High Resolution Site Characterization Team Leader (HRSC) in 2016. DK became the President of Parratt-Wolff in 2021. DK has a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Bucknell University. DK is a certified well driller with the NGWA and a licensed driller in New York and New Jersey. His duties include cost estimation, project management and HRSC technical services. DK manages a team of Geoprobe® certified technicians operating a diverse array of Geoprobe® Direct Image tools. These tools include: MIP, OIP, HPT, EC, MiHpt, OIHPT, Low Level MIP & MiHpt, and Heated Trunkline MIP. DK is responsible for project set up, preparatory work, oversight of HRSC projects and post-processing data interpretation with clients.

Gary Ellingworth

Gary began at Parratt-Wolff in 2002 as a Drillers Helper and has assumed increasingly responsible roles until his most recent promotion to the Project Manager for the North Carolina office. Gary is licensed in Maryland, North Carolina and South Carolina. His duties include cost estimation, project management and technical services. Prior to Parratt Wolff, Gary had previous experience in water treatment plant operations.

Wayne Nielson

Wayne started his career with Parratt-Wolff in 2010 as a driller’s helper and assumed increasingly responsible roles throughout his career. Wayne is skilled in the use of direct push, direct imaging, hollow stem auger, wireline rock coring, angled coring, mud-rotary and air-rotary drilling. Wayne left Parratt-Wolff in 2021 to operate heavy equipment for a local construction company. In 2023 Wayne returned to Parratt-Wolff as a project manager in our East Syracuse office. He is a NGWA certified well driller and a licensed driller in New York state. Prior to Parratt-Wolff, Wayne worked in flooring industry.

Josh Ellingworth

Josh began with Parratt-Wolff in 2006 as a driller’s helper and assumed increasingly responsible roles throughout his career. His most recent promotion to operations manager of the Pennsylvania office in 2016. He is a NGWA certified well driller and a licensed driller in Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and New York state. Prior to Parratt-Wolff, Josh worked in sales for a commercial logging and arborist equipment dealer.

Wendy Smith

Wendy joined Parratt-Wolff as the company’s Director of Corporate Health & Safety in 2021. She is responsible for overall safety program administration, training, and stewardship. She also manages various aspects of our jobs including completion of site assessments, development of site-specific health & safety plans, project-specific hazard planning. Wendy previously served as a Health & Safety officer at two environmental consulting firms for twenty-three years and is a Safety Trained Supervisor.
